Cancellation Policy
One:11 Studios Tour Cancellation Policy We’re excited to show you around One:11 Studios and help bring your creative vision to life! While our studio tours are completely free, we kindly ask that you respect our time and scheduling process. To ensure availability and avoid unnecessary disruptions, the following cancellation policy applies: • No-Show Fee: If you do not show up for your scheduled tour without notice, a $10 no-show fee will be charged. • Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 1 hour of your scheduled tour time, a $10 cancellation fee will also apply. This policy is in place to protect our time and energy, and to ensure we can continue providing quality service to serious creators and clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
